Who counts as a referral

A referral is a new customer who reaches Postivia through your unique affiliate link and did not already have a Postivia account. Referrals are tracked by cookie from that link; self-referrals and purchases on your own account don't qualify.

How commission is earned

You earn 30% of the net subscription revenue Postivia actually collects from a referred customer on a paid plan. Commission is only earned on successful, collected payments — free-plan users and any trial period generate no commission until a paid payment is taken. It is calculated after any discounts, taxes, refunds, chargebacks and payment-processing reversals.

The 12-month commission window

Commission is paid on a referred customer's payments for the first 12 months from their first paid payment. After 12 months the commission for that customer ends, even if they remain a subscriber.

Cancellations end commission

Commission is tied to an active paid subscription. If a referred customer cancels, downgrades to the free plan, or lets their plan lapse before the 12 months are up, commission stops for the period they are no longer paying and does not resume unless they re-subscribe within the same 12-month window.

Refunds and chargebacks

If a referred payment is refunded or charged back, the related commission is reversed or deducted from your balance. Commission only stands on revenue Postivia keeps.

Payouts

Commissions are reviewed monthly and become payable after a 45-day validation period, once refunds, cancellations, failed payments and chargebacks have cleared. We pay approved commissions once per month, provided your balance has reached the £50 minimum payout threshold; anything below it rolls over to the next month. Payouts are made via PayPal, Wise or bank transfer through our affiliate provider, and you're responsible for any taxes owed on what you earn.

Share your link honestly on your own site, videos, posts, newsletters and communities where self-promotion is allowed. No spam, no paid search or ads bidding on Postivia-branded terms, no misleading claims, no fake reviews, and no cookie-stuffing. Don't imply you are Postivia or speak on our behalf.

Programme changes

Commission rates, the 12-month window and these terms may change with reasonable notice. Postivia may decline or remove any affiliate — and withhold commission earned through fraud, abuse or terms violations — at its discretion. Full terms are shown when you join the programme.
